Easter Observation #1: The parking spaces in Old Orchard "Shoppingtown" are 25-30% larger than the campus parking lots, and the SUV's parked there need all that space.
Easter Observation #2: I recognized in my dog, Markessa, a subtle assumption, that of Eminent Domain. She feels entitled to everything in the house, the food, the attention of the people. The little pooch is quite presumptuous. She is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and her fore-fathers are in the portraits of most high royalty of the European Courts of the 16th and 17th centuries, and I think that position may have transferred over. She often says "That's mine, give it to me!" so much, that I remarked to my other that she just might be republican. To which my mother almost threw me out of the house. I recanted, after observing that she had a heart. Even though she's an animal and has a brain the size of a roll of film, she still has compassion for other people. I was therefore not thrown out of the house.
