Tuesday, July 18, 2006 - Mellogical Itinerary
Mel's Coming to visit Friday, which is Sweet 'cause I haven't seen her since I left (Not abondonned) the East Coast. I'm trying to figure an itinerary. Here's my plan so far: Friday: Pizza! (Carmen's? Giordannos? It occurs to me that I've never asked my friends their favorite DeepDish place... What is it??) Saturday: Day - Sweet Touristy Stuff (Car Tour, Shedd, Drive around Belmont, Linconln Park parks) Nighst, Marshal's Green Place (it's on the redline, methinks) Sunday: Day - Night - Maybe driving home, maybe monday morning, cross rhodes, cool show at the metro? No, the only show is Thursday (Catch 22, Voodoo Glow Skulls) and she doesn't get in 'til Friday. Alas, any ideas?

Yay, the Metro still exists? We just missed it on the L? YAY! I was worried there for awhile. Unfortunately I don't know of any shows... you could try to find the Bubbletea place (I kid).
Sweet! I still sorta know how to find the Bubbletea place, although the last time I tried was when you're whacked out friend from Ireland came to visit. That "searching" for stuff method was pretty-much how the weekend with Mel went; which was crazy full (and would have been, even if we knew where we were going the whole time!)
